The way you speak to Yourself, Matters!

Today was different. How? I learnt I speak to myself every day but the way I converse with my inner self is important. It matters.

Everyone out there fights a battle on a daily basis. That might include the biggest achievement or the biggest failure you want to refer to as. It's difficult. And when it gets difficult for people like me to start talking to themselves, I am sure many do but never observed. Well, welcome to the club.

The way we try to speak to the non-living things, the natural things around us like a flower vase or a beautiful sunset, its beautiful. Humans have this amazing ability to speak which makes them unique, fair enough. Don't you think its unique enough that we all look into ourselves, try to talk to our selves- share small instances that make us happy, vent your anger which you didn't show during a conversation in the day?

But does this affect us? Yes, It does and in many ways. When you speak good and positive things, your inner self feels that happiness, that warmth. Similarly, when you talk about negative things and vent anger or frustration, you transfer that negativity to your inner self.

So, next time you go to your balcony or just listen to music talking to yourself, try to be curious, try to question and find answers to the questions that your mind asked but never expose it to negativity.

It leaves back an imprint somewhere inside you that won't help you answer questions neither will it help you out of a situation.
