The word Persistence is something we keep hearing but not all understand the depth of the power the word holds.

Hey Folks,

I hope everyone is safe and sound. In these difficult times, we all have been there for each other united as one. And that makes me proud and happy. Today, as humans, we stand on that chapter of life that has tested our togetherness and our patience.

The ‘P’ in patience and persistence is very important because somewhere they both are linked. Often we start something new but don't go ahead with working on it regularly. Take me for an example I start so many things that include online courses, blogs, coaching, tests, and whatnot but in all these 15 months of lockdown I have been persistent with only one thing and that's my Food Blog. I did take a break before Christmas but other than that my devotion has been very good.

That's when I understood how many fellow bloggers started the journey with me and gave up somewhere down the line. That's the ‘P’ we are talking about. Patience to go nonstop and all in while the world stops and breathes in and persistence to do it with your commitment, love, and dedication.

When we start schooling for few days almost every child is serious and tries to pay attention to the teacher and does homework regularly, with time this changes we start developing reflexes and practices of our own that decrease this seriousness. Some become super studious aka the first benchers while some make it their habit to disobey and have fun.

By every means, I intended to take you to the first days or weeks of classes in school and colleges. But the point I am trying to make is somewhere in our mind we understand that every time our teacher told us that read every day, revise the topics taught, and complete the chapter we knew she was right. If we do things daily, they not only break into habits but also make the end goal more attainable and easy.

It applies to every single thing- starting from having healthy food habits to exercise, learning new skills to studying for the most competitive exams in the world. They do say bits and pieces make a whole. Your everyday resolution and push are the key to your end goal. It takes a lot of internal and external motivation to have the P’s aligned, but that's all worth it when you watch that certificate in your hand or your name plastered on the billboard or when you master a code after months.

Leaving you to wrap your heads around the unbeatable combination of P’s with my screen lock with which I start my day by one and only my favorite Protagonist of all times Harvey Specter: It’s going to happen because I am going to make it happen.
