Hi there,

Thoughts may be useful at times and sometimes may not be, but at least they teach you something new. They challenge normality.

In life, if you don't know something, but you still have to do that for ’N’ number of reasons. How to give your best in such a case?

Some will say by observing and watching. But is that it? If given an option won't you try any other way? Is it that important to always follow certain rules and standards cant they be challenged to create more effective ways.

Disruption is the new normal in the Tech-world that we live in. Cant, we apply the same while following certain processes? Observing means watching, watching carefully. Fair enough. But why not watch carefully and apply immediately. Isn't learning a better approach. Because then you give actual form to that observation.

Observing is not learning. When you put that observation to practice, you learn, you actually understand.

So, next time you are asked to observe, take a notebook and a pen or just open any app and start taking notes, come back and apply.

Try this out and let me know if you feel the difference. And remember to disrupt practice or challenge a rule. Didn't they say rules are meant to be broken?
